This Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policy explains how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds for your purchases.
By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return & Refund Period

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed otherwise by our support team.


3. Non-returnable and Non-refundable Items

Certain goods are exempt from being returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable items such as food, flowers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Items purchased during clearance, flash sales, or special promotions (sale items).

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in situations such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

5. Customer-Initiated Refunds and Applicable Fees

If a refund request is initiated by the customer for reasons not caused by our fault (for example: wrong item ordered, change of mind, or refusal to accept delivery), the following fees will apply:

  • A 5% payment processing fee, charged by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe.
  • A return handling fee ranging from 10% to 30% of the order amount, depending on order complexity, logistics status, and administrative cost.

These fees will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
All shipping costs and initial transaction fees are non-refundable.


6. Refund Approval and Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame (usually within 5–10 business days).

Please note that financial institutions and payment gateways may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Then contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is completed.

8. Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the gift was not marked as such, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.


9. Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first to obtain the return address and authorization.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned goods.

10. Order Cancellation Policy

10.1 Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@doremimall.com.
We will do our best to assist with the cancellation; however, if the order has already been processed or packed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

For voluntary cancellations (not caused by product unavailability, delays, or our error), the following fees will apply:

  • A 5% payment processing fee charged by payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe.
  • A cancellation fee of 10%–30% of the total order amount, depending on order status and administrative handling.

These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

10.2 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you decide not to accept delivery or request a refund after shipment, the case will be handled as a return under Section 5 of this policy, and applicable fees will apply.


11. Interpretation and Amendments

Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
