1. CONTACT
   Send us an email with your desired theme. If you already have a specific design in mind, inform us, and we will create a proposal based on your preferred theme.
2. CHOOSE
   We will present you with proposed designs, allowing you to select one. The chosen design will then be superimposed onto all available tile colors and types for your selection.
3. CONFIRM
   After selecting the design and tile color, we require an order confirmation to proceed with the remaining design work.
4. DELIVER
   Upon finalizing all designs, we will commence production. The Mahjong set will undergo quality control before we deliver it to you.
